iSportConnect
A global private network for senior executives in the business of sport. iSportConnect connects leaders through its membership, news platform and international summits, including events with partners such as the Association of National Olympic Committees.
Residential property
Varma Properties
Residential property investment and development across Guildford and Surrey. Using the buy, refurbish, refinance model and private financing, the portfolio has grown to over £20 million in three years. Its Investors Club, run in partnership with Coutts, gives investors events, tax planning and early access to deals.
Legal services
SW19 Translation
Certified translation and interpreting for the legal, immigration, medical and public sectors. Clients include solicitors, courts and government agencies, and its translations are recognised by UK authorities.
Conferences & events
SEG3
An annual conference for the media, entertainment, gaming and sports industries, held in London, Los Angeles and Tokyo. Speakers included FIFA, Roblox and Salesforce. Founded in 2022, with a successful exit in February 2024.

Varma Group was established by Sree Varma, who is a British entrepreneur, investor, and Founder of iSportConnect, Varma Properties Group, SEG3, and Red Oak Co-Living.
His journey — from arriving in the UK in the 90s with just £150 to building a multimillion-pound business and property portfolio — has made him a recognised figure in both sports business and property investment.
Sree taught himself to build websites to support himself through university, developing the resilience and resourcefulness that would define his later ventures. His success in motorsport / F1 industry led to the creation of iSportConnect in 2010, now a global network of 23,000+ members.
In 2015, his young son was diagnosed with aggressive cancer. Navigating hospital life alongside a global business reframed his sense of purpose, sharpening his focus on long-term value creation. Combined with the COVID-19 pandemic, this inspired him to build something asset-backed and enduring — leading to the launch of Varma Properties Group in 2022.
Using the BRR model and private financing, Sree grew VPG’s portfolio to over £20 million in three years, across Guildford and Surrey. His standout achievement is Red Oak Co-Living — a premium HMO brand offering luxury accommodation to 100s of students and young professionals.
In 2025, he launched the VPG Investors Club in partnership with Coutts Bank, providing Varma Properties Group investors with networking events, tax planning, expert panels, and early deal access.
Sree also founded SEG3 in 2022 — an annual conference in London, Los Angeles & Tokyo for the media, entertainment, gaming, and sports industries — before exiting in February 2024.
His cross-industry network continues to drive powerful synergies between sports business and property, reinforcing his reputation as a strategic connector and disciplined operator.
